Open to all 2024 Ohio Energy Coalition Conference (the “Conference”) attendees who are residents of the 50 United States and D.C., and who are 18 years of age and older as of October 6, 2024. Employees of Sage Sustainable Electronics LLC ("Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not eligible. This sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER.
To Enter, you must stop by Sage Booth #42 at the Conference, scan the QR code and fill out your information. One winner will be randomly selected to receive a free MacBook Pro Laptop.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 7, 2024 at 8:00 AM and ends on October 8, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
Claiming Prize: Contest winner will be contacted by email for shipping address.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
