Return Equipment Packaging Instructions
These packaging materials have been shipped to you per your request or your program administrator. Please package your used device(s) and power cords, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at your nearest UPS location within 3 business days of receiving your box and label.
Please follow the steps below to prepare your devices for shipment:
1. Package the device(s)
a. Utilize the box(es) provided.
b. Wrap the device(s) with bubble wrap and securely package it in the box; fill any voids with Bubble wrap/brown paper
c. Please include all cables and power cords that belong with the device(s).
d. Utilize the tape strips supplied to complete sealing all open sides of the box.
2. Apply shipping label
a. Remove any old shipping labels from the outside of the box(es) to ensure no confusion during shipping.
b. You should have received UPS Shipping Labels for each box, adhere 1 to each box you are returning.
c. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location within 3 business days of receiving your box and label.
