These packaging materials have been shipped to you per your request or your program administrator. Please package your used mobile device and power cords, attach the mailing label, and drop the package off at your nearest UPS location within 3 business days of receiving your box and label.

steps for pREPARing YOUR DEVICE(S) FOR SHIPMENT

1. Package the device.
   1. Utilize the box(es) provided.
   2. Wrap the device(s) with bubble wrap and securely package it in the box; fill any voids with bubble wrap or brown paper.
   3. Please include all cables and power cords that belong with the assets.
   4. Utilize the tape strips supplied to complete sealing all open sides of the box.
2. Apply shipping label.
   1. Remove any old shipping labels from the outside of the box(es) to ensure no confusion during shipping.
   2. You should have received UPS Shipping Labels for each box, adhere 1 to each box you are returning.
   3. Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location within 3 business days of receiving your box and label.
3. Visit UPS.com to find a drop-off location near you.
